What We Offer

Our Services

We provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services designed to support individuals and families on their journey toward healing and growth.

Art and Music Therapy Sessions

Delivered by HCPC-registered therapists, these personalised sessions support emotional processing, trauma recovery, and creative exploration.

Group Workshops and Therapeutic Programmes

Focused on key themes such as identity, grief, emotional regulation, and social skills, our workshops promote connection and self-development in a safe group environment.

Creative Well-being Drop-ins

Informal sessions open to the public, providing a relaxing and welcoming space for creative expression, mindfulness, and community

School and Community Outreach

We partner with schools, youth services, and care providers to deliver customised therapeutic packages, promoting early intervention and inclusive care.

Parental Support and Guidance

We equip families with tools and insights to support their child's emotional development, strengthen relationships, and engage positively with the therapeutic process

Therapeutic Approach / Methodology

Each participant will undergo an initial assessment with a qualified therapist to identify their individual needs and therapeutic goals. Progress is reviewed regularly throughout the 12 weeks. If necessary, and based on the therapist's professional judgement, the programme can be extended to provide continued support. This tailored approach ensures that participants are not limited by a fixed timeframe and can engage in therapy at a pace that suits their journey.

Our methodology is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based. Flexibility is a core principle: participants are supported at their own pace and with sensitivity to their readiness.

  • Adults facing stress, grief, trauma, or mental health difficulties

  • Individuals with neurodivergent profiles seeking a supportive outlet
